Continuous band sealers operate by having the pouch sealed and conveyed through continuously heated sections. With a continuous band sealers, the bag sealing process can run faster than a bar sealer, as the operator does not have to wait to load the next cycle of bags.

Continuous band sealers come in horizontal and vertical styles, and different configurations are recommended based upon each individual application.
