What are your hours of operation?

Hours of operation for our Winnipeg location (head office) are:

Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm (CST)
Saturday & Sunday - Closed

Do you have a Showroom?

Pal's Winnipeg offices feature a spacious showroom at 1245 Border Street.

Items on display include an assortment of packaging materials, tapes, sealing machines, poly bags, stretch wrap and shrink films.

How can I get a catalogue?

This web site contains the most up-to-date product information available.It is a compilation of brochures and product list for many of the items we distribute. Some are shown in their entirety, others show a sampling of the entire line.

We don't "cut and paste" everything into a paper catalogue. Our product line is very diverse and it changes as our customer's needs change. A catalogue would be likely be out of date almost as soon as it was printed.

Where are the prices?

As you likely noticed, this website does not contain pricing information.

Our primary focus is making product information available to our customers. A price list is of little use unless one knows that the product will fit the required application.

In order for you to receive the best pricing possible, and the correct product, we would like a chance to discuss the items Pal can supply you with, as well as your quantities. Pal's pricing is based on quantity purchased and yearly usage, as well as overall patronage.

How do I place an order?

Currently Pal Distributors does not offer on-line ordering.

Many of our products have options and specifications that require details regarding the application. We find it best to have some communication between our customers and our order desk. You can phone, fax or email your requests to our head office in Winnipeg or any of our other location, as shown on our contact page.

If you are ordering something we've supplied you in the past you can fax or email the purchase order us.

Do you sell to the USA?

Yes, Pal Distributors can sell products to the USA.

Shipping costs are a major deciding factor as to wether or not we can sell a specific item outside of Canada. Many of our packaging products are large and bulky. Large shipping costs would make it impractical to ship such items outside Canada.

Items such as custom printed labels and bar code supplies are easily shipped across North America. If you have a specific item in mind please inquire.

Do you have a minimum order policy?

Orders charged to an approved account are subject to a minimum order amount of $100.00.

Pre-paid (Visa, Master card or Cheque) orders or walk-in sales through our showroom are not subject to minimums.

Certain items have pre-packed quantities (ex. ziplock bags are often sold in boxes of 1000), these products must be ordered in full packages as listed in the product description.

Special orders may be subject to minimum quantities as required by the manufacturer.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accepts the following payment types:

  • Net 30 day Account (Upon Credit Approval)

What about Freight Charges and Pick Ups?

Freight Charges are based on several factors: distance, weight and package size.

We will ship product according to your preference, using the courier and service (mail, standard courier, direct, air freight, etc.) you specify. All product is shipped FOB our warehouse, meaning the customer is responsible for freight/shipping charges.

If you prefer, you can arrange for your order to be picked up at our warehouse.

Do you accept returns ?

Returns are subject to approval and a 20% restocking charge. To avoid un-necessary charges we ask that you discuss your application with a sales rep and ensure that you are ordering the correct product.

Special order items may not be returnable (based on manufacturer's policy).
